Gator Concierge, LLC is a new concept for individuals and employers as well as developers and office complexes in bridging the gap between work and family obligations. Gator Concierge, LLC wishes to form a relationship with its vendors so that a preferred vendor system for our members/clients can be established.
We would like to have our vendors meet our standards for customer service, timeliness and commitment, insurability and the capability to be bonded where necessary and certifying to us that employees assigned to work with Gator Concierge, LLC will have had background checks completed and are not any type of security risk to our member/clients.
Gator Concierge, LLC will be requesting its vendors to promote environmentally preferable products and services wherever possible.
HOW IT WORKS
We would like interested vendors to complete the attached form. Gator Concierge, LLC expects to be growing within the Gainesville area and our business plan is to continue this growth throughout Florida. We wish to offer our members/clients one stop service. One call to us should then allow us to contact vendors on our preferred list to perform a service that we deem will be most cost effective if outsourced. Please keep in mind that Gator Concierge, LLC will then make every effort to contact vendors on our “Preferred List” prior to contacting others. However, there may be times due to client special request, or the inability of a “preferred vendor” to respond, that this may not occur. This should be an exception to the rule and not occur on a regular basis.
Gator Concierge, LLC will be the billing contact for your services when requested through Gator Concierge, LLC. We will then bill our members for the services received and issue payment to you from Gator Concierge, LLC. As our client base grows this should be both a savings and revenue generator to your firm. You will have increased your client base as well for the services you can offer and you will save by invoicing only Gator Concierge, LLC and not each individual member/client.
Gator Concierge, LLC intends to allow its members/clients to critique the services received. We reserve the right to terminate any vendor who does not meet the commitment to customer service and the standards of care due our clients at any time for any reason.
Our website will include your company as a “preferred vendor.” This will inform our member/clients that in our estimation your company has met our standards for care to our clients. Critiques of your service will also be received by Gator Concierge, LLC through this website. Gator Concierge, LLC will also have the ability to provide advertising on our website and of course rates for “preferred vendors” would be greatly reduced. Benefits that we have determined could accrue to your company as a result of becoming a vendor through Gator Concierge, LLC are noted below:
